Upcoming Classes

Painting on canvas, students will create an autumn fantasy tree using patterns and gold leaf. This is a fun and creative class and the students can use their imagination to create their own autumn tree teeming with birds and squirrels. All materials will be provided. Please wear old clothes and bring a snack for a short break

Students will choose whatever soft and furry animal they want to paint and will be guided on how to paint fur using various paint techniques to bring their works to life. We will have plenty of fun images to choose from. Please wear old clothes and bring a snack for a short break. All materials will be provided.

Wild animals are fabulous to paint and we have so many wonderful images for students to choose from. They will be guided by an art tutor on various painting techniques and colour mixing. Please wear old clothes and bring a snack.

Students will create an animal bell out of paper clay. We will glaze in the session and they can choose to have their work fired or take home at the end of the day. There is an additional firing cost of $20, that is payable before collection of the piece. Clay items will be fired twice, a bisque fire and the. A clear glaze will be added on top of their bells to enhance the colours and produce the shine. Tutors will put the bells together. Fired work will be ready approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent as all clay has to be thoroughly dry before going into the kiln. Please wear old clothes and bring a snack.
